Gentle Mindful Yoga is a weekly yoga group at the Center.
Yoga practice cultivates our innate ability to bring calm steady attention to all experiences on the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to complement your current practice, you’ll find this practice a calming, centering, and nourishing catalyst for encountering a deep innate reservoir of serene clarity and peace.
