Discrimination persists within the “whatever generation”

With the growing acceptance of the gay and lesbian community in the United States today, bisexuals still remain the target for stereotypes.
Looking back on our history, it’s easy to let the clouds of oppression rain on our Independence Day parade; nevertheless, the progress we’ve made is cause for celebration.
The District of Columbia is at the forefront of many LGBT issues. We have taken great strides forward to end discrimination based on sexual orientation in the areas of marriage, legal rights, and military service.
Angel Haze is known for her critically acclaimed EP "Reservation" released in July 2012. She also received much attention in October 2013 when she came out with her own freestyle interpretation of Macklemore's "Same Love" as part of her #30GOLD project.
