On October 13, Girls Rock! DC hosted a Ladies Rock Camp Showcase at Comet Ping Pong in Washington, DC. Adult campers learned an instrument, formed a band, wrote their own songs, and performed for the first time on the Comet stage.
Fans of ladies and live music have a chance to support a rockin’ cause Saturday, June 28 as five local bands – largely LGBT and lady-powered – invade the main stage at Black Cat to support Girls Rock! DC.
