2 oz Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Lime
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Knob of Ginger (Sliced)

Add all ingredients to tin and muddle.
Add ice and shake.
Strain over ice in rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime slice and/ or Pineapple Frond.
2 oz The Botanist Gin
4 oz Fever Tree Tonic (or any premium tonic)

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add The Botanist Gin.
Top with premium tonic.
Add Garnish.
This is where you could be creative. Use what you have in your garden or fridge…. basil, sprig of rosemary, sprig of thyme, mint, slice of grapefruit, lemon or lime. Being The Botanist Gin is a beautiful, versatile gin it can compliment all flavors.

½ oz simple syrup
½ oz lemon juice
Top with champagne
