Of course, Brandi wasn’t the only queer person at the Grammys. Lil Nas X gave us a fashion show of incredible outfits including a bedazzled crop top in his mash-up of his songs “Dead Right Now,” “Montero (Call Me by Your Name),” and “Industry Baby” and Lady Gaga gave a jazzy performance of “Love for Sale” and “Do I Love You.” The Brothers Osborne won for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Laverne Cox, Halsey, Billy Porter, and a gaggle of the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race attended as well.
Brandi was nominated for Album of the Year, two different songs in Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance but didn’t take home any wins… EXCEPT OUR HEARTS.
