Equality California
Equality California is a statewide lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization with offices in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Sacramento and the Bay Area. The organization’s mission is to improve the lives of LGBT Californians by working to achieve and maintain full and lasting equality, acceptance and social justice for LGBT communities in California and elsewhere. Their efforts include working towards advancements of LGBT Californians’ health and well-being through direct healthcare service advocacy and education. Equality California also sponsors legislation to achieve equality and legal protections for the LGBT community. Equality California works in partnership with California’s LGBT Legislative Caucus — monitoring thousands of bills and leading California’s efforts to defeat legislation that harms the California LGBT community and their family members. www.eqca.org

The LA LGBT Center works to build a world where LGBT people can thrive as healthy, equal, and complete members of society. They are the largest provider of programs and services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. SF LGBT Center
The mission of the SF LGBT Center is to connect our diverse community to opportunities, resources and each other to achieve our vision of a stronger, healthier, and more equitable world for LGBT people and our allies. When visitors arrive at the Center, they find free services like career counseling, job fairs, computer lab, social activities, mentorships, youth meals, daycare, various workshops and much more.
