Transgender Teen Stabbed on Metro Train

On Wednesday, July 30 a 15-year-old transgender teenager was stabbed on the Green Line Metro train. Metro Transit Police have arrested 24-year-old Reginald Anthony Klaiber of Greenbelt, Md.
