Tagg Team Thursdays: Ashley Linder

Hello loyal readers and welcome back for another installment of Tagg Team Thursdays! Today we bring you our favorite artsy dinosaur and a member of the Tagg Nation Podcast trio, Ashley Linder!

Name: Ashley Linder, aka “Eunikorn Kwief”

Age: 30

Single, in a relationship, or it’s complicated
My W-2s say “single.”

What do you do and why do you do it?
Oh my stars. This question. 🙄 What are we—at a mixer at some bar on the Hill?! I do art because it brings me peace. (I also do sassy because I’m obnoxious.)

What was the most rewarding part of coming out?
Being welcomed into the most interesting, dynamic, wildly incestuous group of siblings the world has ever known.

What is your favorite social media app?
Instagram (favorite anti-social media app: Tumblr)

Biggest pet peeve(s):
When folks fail to realize I have a mannequin in my backseat at red lights.
The sensual sound of fresh mac & cheese.
Referring to Wednesday as “humpday.”

Favorite emoji: 🎅🏿

If you were a clothing store, what store would you be and why?
Goodwill. Some see garbage, but slip inside and know I’m just a well-worn, comfy sweatshirt looking for new life and love.

What do you like to do on the weekends?
Make art
Hang out in the woods
Laundry
Don’t judge me, meditation takes many forms.

What’s one issue you are passionate about?
Making dinosaur toys/memes/merch scientifically accurate. When I see a tyrannosaurus with their bottom teeth showing or a nearly erect spine I also see red.

If you could pick anyone in the world to be president, who would it be and why?
Eboné Bell:

  • Politically literate—She has a firm grasp on current public policy and the ways in which it needs to be improved for the betterment of people on the whole.
  • Trustworthy woman—I’d be okay with her both holding my baby AND voting on my reproductive rights.
  • That dazzling smile—I mean, HAVE YOU SEEN IT?! Come on!!

What’s one thing you want to be remembered by?
Being the youngest broadcaster on the nightly news who also thought it was appropriate to wear a wig on-air.

(It was not.)
