Tezrah Productions and Katy Ray held their Halloween party on October 28 at the Old Engine 12 Firehouse in Washington, D.C. The night was jam packed with performances from Pretty Boi Drag, go-go dancers, a costume contest, and music by DJ Ayes Cold and DJ Tezrah.
