Hawaii Senate Passes Same-Sex Marriage Bill

The state Senate passed a bill Tuesday legalizing gay marriage, putting Hawaii a signature away from becoming a same-sex wedding destination. Senators passed the bill 19-4 with two lawmakers excused.
