In a few words, how would you describe yourself?
I am a fun loving, hardworking, logical thinking, spiritually grounded, charismatic introvert. I love to solve things and collaborate with people toward a common goal. Most of all I want to see people win.

Your favorite hangout spots.
Seven Grand Whiskey Bar, Mama Shelter, Martha’s Vineyard, Mo’s House of Axe, and the movie theatres.

Favorite guilty pleasure.
Karaoke.

Favorite quote.
“If you love EVERYTHING about a person then you don’t really know them.” -Me

Who is your biggest influence? And why?
Aside from my mom, who is a huge influence for me, I would have to say Oprah. I’ve lived through a lot of her journey and it’s not just what she’s said, it’s also how she moves through the world spreading joy and living on her own terms.

Favorite event.
Outfest. I love seeing how far we’ve come as a community of filmmakers. Connecting with everyone over our stories is at the heart of who I am.

Do you have any regrets in life?
I regret not studying marketing in high school. We had a club that I wish I’d joined. There are lessons and skills that I could have learned much sooner.

Favorite lesbian/queer celebrity.
Janelle Monáe.

Any fun facts or anything else you want our readers to know?
I played instruments all through school, violin, viola, and the alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones. I used to be in the marching band, jazz band, concert band, quartets, and I played in the pit crew for our school’s production of Grease.
