Hundreds of party goers descended on the Black Cat in Washington, D.C. to celebrate the legacy of the recently closed Phase 1. The night included performances by the DC Drag Kings and the DC Gurly Show. DJ Lez Rage and DJ Dee Dub provided the music throughout the night.
