Pride on the Sea cruises are intended to build trust and community while improving the working and social relationships among all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations & identifications, and the communities they represent through the program tracks and special events. Organizers of the trip are making sure the curise is centered on the LGBTQIA community and a core set of values of “personal responsibility, community responsibility, respect and trust and consent”. These are values that every staff person, cruise participant, company and organization involved supports and are carried all the way from planning through implementation and evaluation of Pride on the Sea events and productions.
“Whether attending our cruise as a party vacation, a professional development resource or a romantic get-a-way, there will truly be something for everyone, and that’s exactly our point. At Pride on the Sea we aim to create unique experiences that embrace all identities and passions of every person that comes aboard our cruises,” said Howard Nelson Cromwell, Pride on the Sea’s President & Founder.
