Queer stars love to say, “Happy Pride” by sharing their love on social media during June, and this year was no different.

Oscar-nominated actor Elliot Page posted a selfie on June 28 with Overcompensating actress Julia Shiplett showing them smiling together on a rainbow-painted street in Reykjavík, Iceland. Page is currently shooting Christopher Nolan’s film The Odyssey in Iceland. According to IMDB, the film will also star Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, and Zendaya.

Shiplett, a comedian and writer, has appeared on Comedy Central and Showtime along with multiple television series on HBO including Love Life, High Maintenance, and Crashing

Page and Shiplett weren’t the only lovebirds celebrating their new-to-the-public relationships this June. Mary Lambert also announced she and her partner were moving in together. Lambert got a divorce in January 2024 and called the move “the gayest thing she could possibly do” for Pride.

Survivor Season 45 alum Katurah Topps posted a slideshow of couple pics and videos with showmate Sabiyah Broderick on Instagram on June 22.

“On Survivor, we both struggled with fire, I couldn’t make it and she went a week without it,” Topps wrote. “But what we’ve built together? That’s a fire that finally lit itself! from Players to Partners, from Castmates to Co-dreamers… Meet Survivor’s FIRST Black Queer Woman Couple.”

And a round-up of queer love wouldn’t be complete without some women’s basketball, of course. UConn Huskies player Azzi Fudd posted on her Instagram stories that she is WNBA Dallas Wings player Paige Buckers’s girlfriend on June 22. The pair gave an interview in 2021 to CT Insider about how they were “longtime friends” since high school through being UConn teammates. Just gals being pals!

We love all the queer love! Hopefully we’ll have more sweet announcements before next Pride.
