Ever wondered what a song tastes like? Well, Special Agent Galactica, along with critically acclaimed jazz/classical guitarist, Peter Fields, will weave together an intimate evening of songs, stories and a good old laugh while pairing together the specialty drinks of Chaplin’s with selected songs from the show. Featuring music of the golden age of jazz, the blues of burlesque, hollywood standards, and a few rock and roll favorites from today, Galactica enchants with tales about her past missions, her love life, her time as a cadet, important people she’s met along the way, and other anecdotal gems from her life as a hired galactic assassin for the privately owned underground organization referred to only as “The Agency”.
Special Agent Galactica is a mix of sultry songstress, retro-rock chick, jazzy vocalist rolled up in a sexy secret agent spy. She electrifies the stage with her swelling interpretations of the music while weaving momentary glimpses into the larger stories that make up her top-secret galaxy spanning career. Living a life where missions often take her into the realm of space time, she finds an evening of intimate cabaret during her down time helps keep her in check. In addition to being an immediate sellout at the amphitheater in ancient Pompeii, Galactica not only holds court in her home town of Washington D.C., but can be seen taking a trek up to The Duplex in New York City or popping in at the world famous Feinstein’s in San Francisco
Galactica and Peter also welcome special guest, ThomasJ, a sexy, up-and-coming spoken word artist, to help make the evening truly unique, entertaining, and one of a kind. Guests can choose to participate in the pairing and pay a “to be determined” price for selected drinks to get the full flavor of the event or just sit back, drink what you like, and enjoy the show at face value.
